Club Regina Puerto Vallarta

Antonio, Mayra, Rosa and Job were awesome and the games were fantastic by the pool. We had so much fun as a family and the kids had an awesome time. We really like the bingo and the lotería. Ivan was a good server by the pool. We had a hard time with a few of the servers when we asked for a menu.

Our room was great but needed cleaning on sofa and table, had a dishwasher! The beach is great and close to marina but no bus and must Uber to town. The activities staff have a lot planned and are fantastic, Antonio is amazing...

Great location next to the beach and not too far from the airport. Nice spacious rooms with balconies. On site restaurant serves tasty good quality food. Rooms are a bit outdated and need a makeover. Large pool with plenty of chairs and activities. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Recommend.

We spend the most wonderful week here in Puerto Vallarta, thanks to the amazing staff. Starting with the Bell boys to greet us at our arrival. Our room maid was very good and efficient, bringing anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff of the pool restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The Activities staff were the very best! Antonio, Job, Mayra and Cesar ( security), were so much fun, providing with awesome hospitality, games and entertainment.

Been here 9 days.. excellent staff n nice beach. All staff, front desk to room attendants, always smiling n helpful. Excellent lunch at Tenampa Restaurant by pool. Every order was delicious n to be repeated. The Tenampa staff are top notch! The Activity Team are awesome, very polite and patient. Kudos to Antonio, Job, Rosa n Mayra for keeping everyone entertained Would return if opportunity presents itself. Love the pace n space, peaceful n serene, spacious rooms n bathrooms. Keep up the good work!

Club Regina Puerto Vallarta is a wonderfully welcoming, beautifully maintained resort, a short walk from the marina, but complete enough that you don't need to go anywhere, if you'd rather. There are activities for adults, children, and families, beautiful pools and a lovely beach. Manager Demian was very helpful and friendly - the whole staff worked well together (a sign of good management). I really enjoyed daily water aerobics with Job and Mayra, and the poolside bingo and loteria, between swims in the pool or the ocean. Food was good, prices reasonable, the room was gorgeous, and Service was abundant.

It is a nice hotel, but the entrance has been under construction all the time. The noise is annoying. And the hotel doors aren't very soundproof… Because the hotel is located in a corner, it's not very convenient to go out. The swimming pool is excellent. It's more suitable for a vacation than a trip.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles, and a stunning view that instantly melted away our stress. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, sparkling pools, and plenty of cozy spots to unwind. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — every detail felt like it was designed for comfort. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves crashing, and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. But the real highlight of our trip? The karaoke nights! The atmosphere was pure joy — guests from all over joined in, cheering each other on, laughing, and singing their hearts out. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a first-timer, the energy was infectious. The staff made sure everyone felt like a star, and the song selection had something for everyone. Between relaxing by the pool during the day and singing (sometimes off-key!) under the stars at night, it truly felt like the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. A huge thank-you to the entire team at Club Regina Puerto Vallarta for creating such a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back — and maybe even nail that duet next time!
